Hello everyone, I'm a 24-year-old graphic designer from China who recently graduated from Canadore College. I have spent meaningful and fulfilling time at Canadore College, where I have achieved substantial learning outcomes. I have learned about typesetting, printing, advertising production, and more. Additionally, I have mastered the usage of various design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and others. Moreover, I have self-taught Procreate. These skills and experiences are immensely valuable to me.

With the emergence of AI design, I have kept abreast of current trends and learned about Midjourney and stable diffusion. Integrating AI into my design process has enabled me to create work more efficiently and effectively.

This continuous learning and progress have not only enriched my professional knowledge and skills but also cultivated my ability to learn and self-develop. The education and experiences I have gained at Canadore College have undoubtedly laid a solid foundation for my future career, providing me with the confidence to face the challenges and opportunities ahead.

I specialize in various types of illustrations, logo design and advertising design. I grew up in a city brimming with folklore and traditional culture, where the style of paper-cutting, patterns on porcelain, and architectural details shaped my unique childhood memories. Afterward, I attended high school in Vancouver, where I was exposed to different cultures and witnessed a plethora of modern art pieces. These experiences inspired my desire to combine traditional patterns with modern design. Modern design emphasizes simplicity, efficiency, practicality, and functionality. Traditional patterns, having evolved and been used over time, are recognized and trusted by people for their stability and reliability. Combining these two elements is sure to create a unique charm. I believe that graphic design is not only an art form but also a means of communication. My objective is to convey my client's messages and values through my work, resonating with the audience. I view graphic design as a dynamic form of expression that evolves with the integration of new ideas and technologies.

In my career, I will continue to pursue innovation and strive to learn new technologies. I am eager to apply my design inspiration and expertise to a variety of projects, as I believe each project presents its unique challenges and opportunities.
