I’m Emily Potvin , a Student Registered Graphic Designer who stays inspired through snowboarding, skateboarding, travel, jewelry making, and other aspects of arts and culture. I aim to create designs that are innovative, satisfying to look at, and express my own individuality as a designer. I’m currently finishing the last semester of my 3-year Graphic Design Advanced Diploma and have been active in freelance work under “Potvino Creative” since 2020. My current experience involves creating illustrations, capturing photography, and developing logos and brand identities for clients; on top of client work, I’ve also gained experience in online marketing, product/model photography, and social media management from running my own small jewelry business via Instagram.
Throughout my education, I have become proficient in Adobe programs such as Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. I would consider myself a confident designer that utilizes creativity when making designs with a purpose.
